How do I get started?
Choose a counselor, select a plan, and schedule your free 30-minute clarity session using available time slots. If you decide to continue, ongoing sessions are 45 minutes long and can occur weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on your selected plan.
What if I’m not sure which counselor to choose?
You can review profiles and choose the best fit, or we can help guide you based on your situation.
What if I’m not sure this is right for me?
That’s completely okay. Many people start with one session to explore if this approach feels right for them.
What happens in a session?
Each 45-minute session includes attentive listening, Scripture-based guidance, and clear next steps tailored to your situation.
What if I don’t know what to say?
That’s completely okay. Your counselor will guide the conversation so you don’t feel unsure or pressured.
How do I join my session?
You’ll receive a private Zoom link by email (and by text if you opt in at checkout). Simply click the link at your scheduled time, no account or setup required.
What happens after I book?

Do I need to select a time before booking?
Yes. You must select a time before confirming your session. If no time is selected, you’ll be prompted to choose one.
When am I charged?
Your first session is free. Billing begins after your first session, and your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle.
What does my subscription include?
Your plan includes a set number of sessions each billing cycle, giving you consistent, scheduled time with your counselor for ongoing support and progress.
Do sessions roll over?
No. Sessions are intended to be used within each billing cycle and do not roll over.
What if I miss a session?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. If something unexpected comes up, you can reschedule within your current billing cycle when availability allows. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited, as your time is reserved in advance.
CanI cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Email info@lolwithchrist.com and we’ll process your cancellation within 24 hours — no fees or penalties. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you won’t be charged again after that.
Why should I trust your counselors?
Counselors are carefully reviewed for biblical alignment, pastoral training, and real-life guidance experience, and operate within clear ethical standards.
Is this therapy?
No. This is biblical pastoral counseling, not licensed clinical therapy. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Is this confidential?
Yes. Sessions are private, one-on-one, and not recorded. Confidentiality may be limited in cases involving safety concerns or legal requirements.
Who is this for?
This is for individuals seeking Christ-centered guidance, clarity, and growth. It is not appropriate for emergencies or medical or psychiatric care.
