- Christ-centered counseling subscriptions

- Christian life coaching and discipleship support
- A limited selection of faith-based physical products offered through our online store
By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms.
LOL with Christ® is a United States-based business providing online faith-based services and operates through its official website, LOLwithChrist.com.
Key Terms Overview

- We provide biblical counseling and Christ-centered guidance — not clinical therapy.
- We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation and any applicable refund are determined by the timing of your next scheduled session.
- We are not a crisis service.
- Disputes are handled primarily through binding arbitration (with an opt-out option).
1. Scope of Services – Christ-Centered, Not Clinical
LOL with Christ® provides:
- Scripture-based counseling and spiritual direction
- Christian counseling for everyone seeking faith-based growth
- Biblical counseling training, certification, or credentials from recognized Christian counseling organizations such as ACBC, CCEF, AACC, ABC, IABC, or comparable organizations (where applicable)
- Virtual 45-minute sessions (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
Our Christian counseling online services are designed for believers seeking structured, Scripture-based support through a subscription model.
Not Therapy
Our services are pastoral and biblical in nature and are intended for spiritual guidance and personal development. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. We are not a licensed healthcare provider and do not provide:
- Clinical diagnosis
- Medical or psychiatric treatment
- Psychotherapy
- Crisis intervention
If you require licensed therapy, psychiatric care, or emergency services, contact a qualified provider immediately.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation in our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll independently. Counseling services may be available to minors ages 13–17 when a parent or legal guardian enrolls the minor, provides the required consent, and agrees to these Terms on the minor’s behalf.
By using the Platform, you agree that:
- Your information is accurate and current
- You will use the Services lawfully
- You understand that this is biblical counseling, not clinical therapy
LOL with Christ® operates as a platform that connects users with independent counselors and provides access to faith-based counseling services. We do not provide licensed clinical healthcare services.
3. Registration, Scheduling & Communication
Customers may access their account using the same email address used when placing their order to view and manage upcoming bookings.
When enrolling:
- You provide your name, email address, and payment details.
- Appointment confirmations are sent via email.
- If opted in, reminders may also be sent via SMS text message.
- You will receive a secure virtual session link (e.g., Google Meet) prior to each appointment.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and safeguarding access to your email and devices.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if inaccurate information is provided or these Terms are violated.
LOL with Christ® is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party communication platforms used to deliver services.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, and LOL with Christ® does not store full payment card information on its servers.
4. Subscription Terms (Christian Counseling Subscription)
Available Plans
- Weekly (45 minutes)
- Bi-weekly (45 minutes)
- Monthly (45 minutes)
Each plan includes one 45-minute session per scheduled period (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), depending on the selected subscription.
All sessions are conducted virtually and may be scheduled any day of the week based on counselor availability. Session availability is subject to counselor scheduling and may vary.
Services are available to clients located within the United States.
Subscription Summary
• Your first 30-minute session is complimentary and is $0 at checkout. A valid payment method is required, but no charge is processed for the complimentary first session.
• After your complimentary first session, each upcoming paid session is charged separately rather than as one monthly charge.
• The applicable session charge is processed three days before each scheduled paid session.
• Subscriptions automatically continue according to the selected plan unless canceled.
• The day and time of your first session become your regular recurring schedule according to the frequency of your selected plan.
• Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellation and refund treatment depend on whether cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before your next scheduled session.
Billing & Renewal
Your first 30-minute session is complimentary and is $0 at checkout. A valid payment method is required to begin your subscription, but no charge is processed for the complimentary first session.
After your complimentary first session, you are charged separately for each upcoming paid session rather than for an entire month at once. The applicable session charge is processed three days before each scheduled session using the payment method provided at checkout.
Subscriptions automatically continue according to the selected plan unless canceled.
All pricing is listed in USD. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as supported digital payment methods where available.
Payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant third-party providers. LOL with Christ® does not store or have access to your full payment details.
Rescheduling & Session Policy
Upcoming sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
The rescheduled session must take place within your current subscription period. Rescheduling an individual session does not change your regular recurring schedule.
If you’re unable to attend with less than 24 hours’ notice, your session will remain reserved for you and will count as your scheduled session rather than being rescheduled or carried over.
If you do not attend a scheduled session, the session will count as your scheduled session and cannot be rescheduled or carried over.
Sessions must be used within the active subscription period and do not roll over.
If your counselor needs to reschedule, counselor-initiated changes are not subject to the client’s 24-hour rescheduling requirement and will not cause you to lose the affected session.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@lolwithchrist.com. Cancellation requests are typically processed within 24 hours during normal business operations. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled session:
• Your subscription will end when your cancellation is processed.
• All future scheduled sessions will be canceled.
• No future session charges will be processed.
• If the charge for your next scheduled session has already been processed, that charge will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your next scheduled session:
• That upcoming session will remain reserved for you and will count as your final scheduled session.
• The charge for that session will remain applicable and will not be refunded.
• Your subscription will end after that session.
• All later scheduled sessions will be canceled, and no additional session charges will be processed.
5. Products (Secondary Offering)
Physical products may be purchased separately from counseling subscriptions.
Returns for physical products are accepted within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
Counseling services are available within the United States only. Physical products may be available internationally via third-party marketplaces where offered.
6. Digital Counseling Consent
Sessions are conducted through digital communication platforms.
By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Technology interruptions may occur.
- We take reasonable measures to protect your information and maintain secure communications; however, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security.
- Services are provided as spiritual guidance and not medical or psychological treatment
7. Privacy & Communications
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of individuals using our Christian counseling online platform.
You consent to receive essential service communications, including scheduling reminders, billing notices, and policy updates. Promotional communications may be opted out of; essential communications related to your active subscription may not.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials on the Platform, including content, branding, design elements, and software, are owned by LOL with Christ® and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Platform materials without written permission.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding specific spiritual, emotional, or personal outcomes from participation in our Christian counseling online services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to LOL with Christ® in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or Services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
You waive the right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first use of the Platform by emailing info@lolwithchrist.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and including your name and address.
11. User Conduct & Indemnification
You agree not to misuse the Platform, violate applicable laws, or interfere with the operation of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOL with Christ® from claims arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Venue for permitted court proceedings shall be Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is LOL with Christ® therapy?
No. LOL with Christ® provides biblical counseling and Christ-centered mentorship, not licensed clinical therapy. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Is biblical counseling the same as clinical counseling?
No. Biblical counseling is faith-based spiritual guidance rooted in Scripture. Clinical counseling involves licensed mental health diagnosis and treatment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled session, your subscription will end when the cancellation is processed, all future sessions will be canceled, and no future session charges will occur. If your next session has already been charged, that charge will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your next scheduled session, that session will remain reserved for you and will count as your final scheduled session. Your subscription will end after that session, and no additional session charges will occur.

Do sessions roll over?
No. Sessions must be used within the active subscription period and do not roll over.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Our services are pastoral in nature and are not billed as medical or clinical treatment. We do not accept insurance.
What if I am in crisis?
LOL with Christ® does not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, immediate danger, or a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
