Scripture, prayer, thoughtful questions, and practical biblical guidance are used with care—not simply offered as quick answers.

You don’t need to be in crisis or know exactly what you need help with. You may be facing anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, life changes, difficult decisions, spiritual concerns, church hurt, broken trust, or simply need someone to walk alongside you.

There’s no pressure to tell your whole story at once or know exactly what to say. Your Christian counselor will listen, ask thoughtful questions, and give you time to share at a comfortable pace.

Your first session is a complimentary 30-minute opportunity to meet your Christian counselor and begin the conversation. Ongoing sessions are 45 minutes.

You don’t have to be completely sure before choosing. Browse the Christian counselor profiles and consider whose background, experience, and areas of focus connect with what you’re facing.

Your complimentary first session also gives you a chance to meet your Christian counselor and see whether the connection feels right. If it doesn’t, that’s okay—there’s no pressure to continue.

Your Christian counselor comes alongside you with biblical truth, prayer, thoughtful questions, practical guidance, and compassionate support. The goal is to come alongside you in what you’re facing while helping you grow in your relationship with Christ and apply biblical truth to everyday life.

LOL with Christ® is a nondenominational Christian ministry rooted in Scripture. We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ; salvation through Him; and the active work of the Holy Spirit today.

Jesus Christ is at the center of everything we do, and Scripture is our foundation for truth and guidance.

We believe biblical truth and genuine compassion belong together. Your Christian counselor will take time to listen and understand rather than simply giving you a verse or quick answer.

When difficult things come up, biblical truth is approached with humility, wisdom, compassion, and grace.

You may come carrying painful experiences with church, Christian leadership, counseling, or Scripture being misused. You don’t have to hide those experiences or pretend they didn’t affect you.

Your Christian counselor will take time to listen and understand what you’ve experienced, coming alongside you with compassion, humility, biblical truth, and grace while keeping Christ at the center.

Scripture and prayer are meaningful parts of Christian counseling, but they are not intended to replace listening or understanding your individual situation.

Your Christian counselor may use Scripture, prayer, thoughtful questions, reflection, and practical biblical guidance according to what you’re walking through and where you are in the conversation.

You may seek Christian counseling for anxiety, grief, relationships, marriage, life transitions, difficult decisions, spiritual struggles, identity, forgiveness, boundaries, loneliness, stress, or other personal concerns.

Each Christian counselor has different experience and areas of focus, so you can review their profile before choosing.

What you share is treated as confidential. Your counseling conversations and messages are handled with care and are not routinely shared with others.

There are limited circumstances in which disclosure may be required because of safety concerns or legal obligations. More detailed information is available in our Counseling Services Policy.

Our Christian counselors are carefully vetted for more than credentials. We consider biblical alignment, training and experience, character, humility, compassion, listening, spiritual maturity, boundaries, and the ability to bring truth and grace together.

Christian counselors may also hold recognized biblical counseling training, certifications, credentials, or pastoral ministry experience.

Counseling sessions are not recorded unless you explicitly agree in writing. Google Meet cloud recording is disabled for counseling sessions.

Scripture is our final authority for truth and counseling. We evaluate Christian counselors for biblical alignment and their ability to apply Scripture with wisdom, humility, compassion, and care.

Christian counseling at LOL with Christ® is intentionally biblical and Christ-centered, with Scripture as the foundation for truth and guidance.

LOL with Christ® provides biblical pastoral counseling and Christian mentorship, not licensed clinical therapy, psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical or psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention, or court-ordered counseling.

Christian counselors serving through the platform are not necessarily licensed mental-health professionals.

Sometimes you may need support beyond the scope of biblical counseling. If your needs require licensed mental-health care, medical or psychiatric treatment, or another specialized service, we’ll encourage you to seek the appropriate professional care.

Seeking additional professional support does not prevent you from also receiving appropriate biblical and spiritual support when suitable.

LOL with Christ® is not an emergency or crisis service, and counseling messages are not monitored in real time.

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency or crisis requiring immediate help, call 911 or contact your local emergency services.

Choose the support that fits your needs: Starter provides monthly sessions, Growth provides biweekly sessions, and Breakthrough provides weekly sessions. Each plan also includes between-session messaging with your Christian counselor.

Your regular day and time continue automatically, so you don’t have to rebook each session.

Your first 30-minute session is complimentary and $0 at checkout. It gives you a chance to meet your Christian counselor before your first paid session.

A payment method is required to begin your plan, but you will not be charged for your first session.

Your payment is processed through a secure, industry-standard payment system powered by Shopify. Your payment information is encrypted and handled through the payment system—LOL with Christ® does not directly collect or store your full credit card number.

Once you choose your plan, the payment system securely processes each scheduled charge according to the plan you selected.

After your complimentary first session, each paid session is charged separately three days before that scheduled session. There is no single monthly charge—billing follows your scheduled sessions and selected plan.

You’ll see your plan price before checkout. LOL with Christ® does not add hidden counseling or cancellation fees.

You can cancel your subscription anytime with no cancellation fee or minimum commitment. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your next session, your future sessions and future charges will be canceled. If that next session has already been charged, it will be refunded.

Simply email info@lolwithchrist.com. Cancellation requests are typically processed within 24 hours during normal business operations.

You can reschedule an individual session with at least 24 hours’ notice without changing your regular recurring schedule. Sessions do not roll over to a future subscription period.

LOL with Christ® provides biblical pastoral counseling rather than licensed clinical therapy and does not bill health insurance.

Counseling plans are paid directly through LOL with Christ®. Your plan price and billing details are provided before you begin.

If something about your plan, payment, cancellation, or upcoming session doesn’t look right, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Your complimentary first session is 30 minutes. Ongoing counseling sessions are 45 minutes with the same Christian counselor.

You can join remotely, so you can meet with your Christian counselor from a private place that works for you.

You don’t need to remember to schedule every session yourself. The day and time of your first appointment become your recurring schedule.

Future sessions are automatically scheduled monthly, biweekly, or weekly according to your plan, with the flexibility to reschedule when needed.

Before your session, you’ll receive your secure Google Meet link in a separate email invitation. At your scheduled time, simply click the link to join—no Google Meet account, meeting ID, or passcode is required.

You can meet with your Christian counselor remotely by video or phone.

This allows you to receive counseling from a private place that works for you without traveling to an office.

You can message your Christian counselor between sessions for prayer requests, questions, updates, follow-ups, exercises, or faith-based resources.

Starter includes up to 5 messages per week, Growth up to 10, and Breakthrough includes unlimited messaging. Christian counselors generally respond within 24–48 hours.

Messaging is for ongoing support.

You can reschedule an individual session with at least 24 hours’ notice through Manage Your Bookings in your account.

Rescheduling one appointment does not change your regular recurring day and time.

If the connection with your Christian counselor doesn’t feel right, you are not required to continue simply because you started with that person.

Contact us and we’ll help you with the next step in choosing another Christian counselor.

You can join from a compatible phone, tablet, or computer with an internet connection. You don’t need to download or set up a separate app.

If you experience an unexpected connection or technical problem during your session, try reconnecting using your session link.

If you cannot reconnect, contact your Christian counselor or LOL with Christ® for help. We’ll review what happened and help determine the appropriate next step.

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.

A session canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice counts as the scheduled session and cannot be carried over or refunded.

If your Christian counselor needs to reschedule, the client cancellation penalty does not apply.

Our Scripture-based card decks were created by a Christian counselor to gently support your growth in God’s Word—whether alongside Christian counseling or in your own time.

Thought Provoker encourages meaningful, faith-centered conversations, while Grace Affirmation brings together biblical repentance, grace, and Scripture-based affirmation. Each card includes a Bible verse reference so you can read and reflect on God’s Word for yourself.

You should receive your items within 3–5 business days. All domestic shipping is free.

Return or exchange unused products in their original condition within 30 days. Returns receive a full refund to your original payment method. Opened packaging is okay.
