- 3+ years of experience in Biblical counseling for adults, couples, and/or teens
- Desktop or laptop computer with a reliable internet connection and a webcam (ensure 10 Mbps internet speed)
- Currently residing in the U.S.
- Discernment in when to listen and when to guide
- Active listening and empathy
- Expertise in Biblical counseling
- Proven life transformation through Scripture
- Strong communication skills
- Adherence to ethical standards
- Commitment to ongoing learning
- Training in counseling
- Holy Spirit-led guidance
- Ability to empower others

Why Should I Join Your Biblical Counseling Team?
Step 1: How Do I Apply to Become a Counselor?
To apply, simply submit the Biblical Counselor Application Form through our platform below. After submitting your form, we'll review your application and reach out to discuss the next steps.
Step 2: What Happens After My Application Is Reviewed?
After reviewing your application, we’ll schedule a video call to connect, answer questions, and confirm alignment with our mission. If we move forward, you’ll sign a counselor agreement outlining your role, expectations, and ethical responsibilities.
Once the agreement is signed, your onboarding is complete and you’ll be able to begin offering services on the platform.
Step 3: What Are the Counselor Profile Requirements?
As part of onboarding, you’ll complete a counselor profile that includes a professional photo, a short 1–2 minute introduction video, and a brief written bio outlining your background, counseling approach, areas of focus, and relevant credentials. This helps clients feel comfortable and choose a counselor who’s the right fit.
