Counselors serve within a structured and accountable environment designed to protect both people and the integrity of the work.
This includes:

When patterns begin to affect trust, consistency, or integrity, they are addressed thoughtfully and, when necessary, through review.
Role Clarity
This is a ministry expressed through structured service and clear responsibility with defined expectations.
