LOL with Christ® offers subscription-based Christian counseling services designed to provide consistent, Scripture-based guidance through a structured, virtual format.
LOL with Christ® is an online platform providing virtual Christian counseling services and does not offer in-person counseling or operate physical counseling locations.
This page explains how our subscription plans, what’s included, billing, scheduling, renewals, cancellations, and session usage work so you can make a clear and informed decision.
1. Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription options:
• Breakthrough Plan (Weekly) – 4 sessions per month (approximately one session per week)
• Growth Plan (Bi-Weekly) – 2 sessions per month (approximately one session every two weeks)
• Starter Plan (Monthly) – 1 session per month
Each session is approximately 45 minutes and is conducted virtually.
Session availability is based on counselor scheduling. Available time slots are presented for selection after subscription.

2. What’s Included
Your subscription is designed to support consistent, structured growth over time.
Each plan includes:
• A set number of 45-minute virtual counseling sessions per billing cycle
• Scripture-based, Christ-centered guidance tailored to your situation
• Clear, practical next steps following each session
• Structured reflection to support continued progress
• Secure video-based sessions (e.g., Zoom)
• Optional messaging support, depending on your selected plan
Plans vary by session frequency and level of support, allowing you to choose what best fits your needs.
All pricing, plan features, and included services are clearly displayed before purchase.
3. First Session (Free Session)
Your first session is provided at no cost as part of your subscription.
At checkout, you will be required to enter a valid payment method; however, if your plan includes a free introductory session, the initial charge is discounted to $0 and reflected at checkout. Billing begins at checkout when your first session is scheduled.
After the initial session, your subscription will renew automatically according to the selected billing interval unless canceled before the next billing date.
This first session is designed to help you assess counselor fit and experience the structure and approach of the platform.
If you choose not to continue, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle begins to avoid future charges.
4. How Scheduling Works
After subscribing:
• You will receive booking instructions via email
• You may select available time slots based on counselor availability
• A secure session link will be provided upon confirmation
Availability may vary, and while many clients maintain consistent scheduling, specific time slots are not guaranteed long-term.
Access to scheduling begins after subscription.
You are responsible for scheduling your sessions within each billing cycle.
Billing cycles continue as scheduled regardless of session usage.
5. Service Availability
Our Christian counseling services are available to clients located within the United States.
All sessions are conducted virtually. LOL with Christ® does not offer in-person counseling services.
6. Billing & Payment
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
• Billing begins at checkout when your first session is scheduled.
• Your first session is then scheduled based on your selected availability
• Charges recur automatically on a monthly basis from the date of your initial checkout unless canceled before the next billing date.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
• LOL with Christ® does not store full payment card details on its servers
• You will receive a confirmation email for your subscription and each billing transaction
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected plan.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid and up-to-date payment method.
Subscription access is time-based and tied to the active billing cycle, regardless of session usage.
There are no long-term contracts.
If a payment cannot be processed, access to scheduling or services may be temporarily paused until the payment issue is resolved.
There are no hidden fees. You will always see the full price, billing frequency, and renewal terms clearly displayed before completing checkout.
All pricing is listed in USD. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as supported digital payment methods where available. Payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant third-party providers, including Shopify. LOL with Christ® does not store or have access to your full payment details.
Subscription charges are based on access to scheduled availability within each billing cycle and are not dependent on session attendance, completion, or usage.
We take the privacy and security of your information seriously. Payments are securely processed, and your personal and session-related information is handled with care and confidentiality. We do not have access to your full payment details, and we do not sell or use your information for advertising purposes.
You remain in full control of your subscription at all times and can cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
7. Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
Renewal ensures uninterrupted access to scheduling and platform services.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@lolwithchrist.com. Cancellation requests are simple and typically processed within 24 hours. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@lolwithchrist.com
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• You will retain access through the remainder of your paid period
• No future billing will occur after cancellation becomes effective
• To avoid renewal, cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date
Cancellation requests are typically processed within 24 hours during normal business operations.
9. Rescheduling & Session Usage
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session
• Sessions must be used within the active billing cycle
• Unused sessions do not roll over unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited
Sessions are tied to the billing cycle and do not extend beyond the active subscription period.
10. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
Subscription fees:
• Are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun and services have been made available
• Are not prorated for partial usage
• Reflect reserved time and counselor availability
11. Platform Role & Service Nature
LOL with Christ® operates as a platform that connects users with independent counselors and provides access to faith-based counseling services.
Our services are:
• Scripture-based
• Pastoral in nature
• Not licensed clinical therapy
We do not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.
LOL with Christ® does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from participation in services.
12. Pricing Stability
We are committed to maintaining clear and consistent pricing.
If any updates to subscription plans or pricing are introduced:
• Advance notice will be provided
• Changes will apply only to future billing cycles
• Existing subscriptions will not be subject to unexpected or immediate changes

What am I actually paying for?

Do I have to schedule sessions myself?

What happens if I don’t use my sessions?
