LOL with Christ® is a nondenominational Christian ministry rooted in Scripture. We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ; salvation through Him; and the active work of the Holy Spirit today. Our Christian counseling is intentionally Christ-centered and biblical.

Our Christian counselors are carefully vetted for more than credentials. We consider biblical alignment, training and experience, character, humility, compassion, listening, spiritual maturity, and the ability to bring truth and grace together. Christian counselors may also hold recognized biblical counseling training, certifications, credentials, or pastoral ministry experience.

You may come carrying deep hurt, broken trust, or even painful experiences with church or Scripture being misused. You’ll be met with compassion, care, humility, and grace—not judgment.

You don’t need to be in crisis or know exactly what you need help with. You may be facing anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, life changes, difficult decisions, spiritual concerns, or simply need someone to walk alongside you.

There’s no pressure to tell your whole story at once or know exactly what to say. Your Christian counselor will listen, ask thoughtful questions, and give you time to share at a comfortable pace.

Your first session is a complimentary 30-minute opportunity to meet your Christian counselor and begin the conversation. Ongoing sessions are 45 minutes, and you can join by voice or video.

You don’t have to be completely sure before choosing. Browse the Christian counselor profiles and consider whose background, experience, and areas of focus connect with what you’re facing.

Your complimentary first session also gives you a chance to meet your Christian counselor and see whether the connection feels right. If it doesn’t, that’s okay—there’s no pressure to continue.

Choose your Christian counselor, plan, and an available day and time. Your first 30-minute session is complimentary and $0 at checkout. A payment method is required to begin your plan, but you will not be charged for your first session.

Once you book, we’ll send you your session details and next steps so you know what happens next.

You don’t need to remember to schedule every session yourself. Your plan provides consistent support with the same Christian counselor and a regular day and time.

The day and time of your first appointment become your recurring schedule. Future 45-minute sessions are automatically scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly according to your plan.

Before each session, you’ll receive a reminder and your secure Zoom link. Simply click the link at your scheduled time—no Zoom account, meeting ID, or passcode is required.

You don’t have to wait until your next session to stay connected. You can message your Christian counselor between sessions for prayer requests, questions, updates, follow-ups, exercises, or faith-based resources.

Start a private conversation through your Christian counselor’s profile and continue there or by replying to the email copy of your messages.

Starter includes up to 5 messages per week, Growth up to 10, and Breakthrough includes unlimited messaging. Christian counselors generally respond within 24–48 hours. Messaging is for ongoing support and is not monitored as an emergency or crisis service.

Your first session is complimentary. After that, each paid session is charged separately three days before it is scheduled using the payment method provided at secure checkout.

There is no single monthly charge—billing follows your scheduled sessions and selected plan.

You can reschedule an individual session with at least 24 hours’ notice without changing your regular recurring schedule. Sign in to your account, select Manage Your Bookings, and choose the session you’d like to change.

You can also cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. When canceled at least 24 hours before your next session, your future sessions are canceled and there are no future charges. Full rescheduling and cancellation details are available in our Counseling Services Policy.

LOL with Christ® provides biblical pastoral counseling, not licensed clinical therapy, diagnosis, or medical or psychiatric treatment.

Your counseling communications are treated as confidential, with limited exceptions when safety or the law requires disclosure. Sessions are not recorded unless you explicitly agree in writing.
